Description: The bachelor thesis deals with the design of connecting flats above each other in a block of flats with emphasis on the design of the staircase. The main aim of the thesis is to design the interior layout to be as practical as possible for a family of four. The thesis focuses on the overall layout of the apartment core and its issues in prefabricated houses. Another important aspect in the design is to create a pleasant, harmonious but also functional environment. The proposed interior layout will be presented through visualizations to better understand the proposed concept.
