Proposals have been created to improve the efficiency of the construction of neighborhoods in Yekaterinburg. В статье рассмотрена тема строительства эко-кварталов в Екатеринбурге. «Зеленое» строительство в России является молодым направлением градостроения, позволяющим решать экологические проблемы, повысить корпоративно-социальную ответственность застройщиков и социальное мышление граждан. Изучены примеры успешного строительства эко-кварталов в Европе и их ключевые особенности. Сформулированы предложения повышения эффективности строительства кварталов в Екатеринбурге. |
