| Popis: | This text provides a thorough analysis of the current situation of initiatives based on volunteerism among young people in Russia, as well as explores possible ways of their subsequent development and the fundamental principles that encourage young people to participate in volunteer work. In the context of the study, special attention is paid to the analysis of how the youth environment reacts to the needs of society through volunteerism, identifying the key factors that motivate young people to engage in such activities. В данной статье приводится анализ текущего положения инициатив, основанных на добровольчестве среди молодежи в России, а также исследуются возможные пути их последующего развития и фундаментальные принципы, побуждающие молодых людей к участию в добровольческой работе. |
