| Beschreibung: | The article deals with the issues of improving the political and legal foundations of civil society in Russia. The study is based on the analysis of the content and results of the activities of the relevant Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on the development of civil society, public and religious associations. Particular attention is paid to the draft laws aimed at ensuring public dialogue in the mainstream of nation-building. The increasing interest in the development of a unified approach to the Patriotic education of citizens is emphasized. The role of the Committee in the sphere of formation and implementation of legal policy is determined taking into account the identification of the possibilities of formation and promotion of the state policy of nation-building. В статье рассматриваются вопросы совершенствования политико-правовых основ гражданского общества в России. Исследование основывается на анализе содержания и результатов деятельности профильного комитета Государственной Думы Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации по развитию гражданского общества, вопросам общественных и религиозных объединений. Особое внимание уделяется законопроектам, ориентированным на обеспечение общественного диалога в русле нациестроительства. Акцентируется усиление интереса к выработке единого подхода к патриотическому воспитанию граждан. Определяется роль комитета в сфере формирования и реализации правовой политики с учетом выявления возможностей становления и продвижения государственной политики нациестроительства. |
