| Popis: | The article is devoted to the study of approaches to the implementation of the environmental policy of the administrations of George W. Bush Jr. and B. Obama at the UN. Transcripts of speeches by US presidents, international agreements and US legislative acts in the field of environmental regulation were used for the study. Based on the results of the research work, similarities and conceptual differences in the environmental policies of administrations are highlighted, it is concluded that the environmental policy of the United States in the period 2001–2017. and methods of its implementation in the UN are characterized by a low degree of continuity. Статья посвящена изучению подходов к реализации экологической политики администраций Дж. Буша-мл. и Б. Обамы в ООН. Для исследования были привлечены стенограммы выступлений президентов США, международные соглашения и законодательные акты США в области экологического регулирования. По итогам исследовательской работы выделены сходства и концептуальные различия природоохранных курсов администраций, сделан вывод о том, что экологическая политика США в период 2001–2017 гг. и методы ее проведения в ООН характеризуются низкой степенью преемственности. |
