The study was conducted for 8 weeks. The number of samples participating in this study was 62 people. with a sample of 18 men and 44 women. The Participation Motivation Questionnaire (PMQ) instrument is used to measure the level of sports participation. The results showed that there was an increase in exercise participation with results (p = 0.003 0.05) after being treated for 8 weeks and differences in the level of participation in physical activity between the control group and the treatment group with results (p = 0.018 0.05). This indicates that the use of applications for physical activity participation interventions among college students is relatively effective. |
