| Popis: | Advanced technologies are a special commodity on the market today, and trade in intellectual property objects brings competitive advantages and additional income to market participants. In this regard, research in the field of functioning of the intellectual property market is of particular interest. The article presents the results of the analysis of the market of industrial property rights in the Republic of Belarus, the resources and conditions for the development of the license market are determined, the factors of the effective functioning of the market are established. Передовые технологии выступают сегодня особым товаром на рынке, а торговля объектами интеллектуальной собственности приносит конкурентные преимущества и дополнительный доход участникам рыночных отношений. В связи с этим, особый интерес представляют исследования в сфере функционирования лицензионной торговли. В статье представлены результаты анализа рынка объектов права промышленной собственности в Республике Беларусь, определены ресурсы и условия для развития рынка лицензий, установлены факторы эффективного функционирования рынка. |
