| Popis: | The article is devoted to the description of some general approaches to the methods and techniques of the short-time learning of adults. The main basic principles and objectives of short-time learning are formulated, and an author’s algorithm of planning and proceeding of short-time seminars providing a maximum level of efficiency of learning and of trainees’ satisfaction is described in details. В статье рассмотрены общие подходы к краткосрочному обучению взрослых, сформулированы основные принципы и цели краткосрочного обучения и подробно рассмотрен алгоритм формирования планов проведения краткосрочных семинаров обучения взрослых, обеспечивающих максимальную результативность обучения и удовлетворенность обучаемых. |
