It shows in Russia that a steady increase in the number of people of retirement age, which poses new management, challenges: to create a new technology to work with elderly people, promote the involvement of pensioners in the "active" old age. As a positive example of innovative technologies shows regional experience of the Krasnoyarsk Region. В статье описываются технологии социального менеджмента в Российской федерации. Освещаются проблемы, связанные с организацией социальной работы с наименее защищенной социальной группой - гражданами предпенсионного возраста. Продемонстрированы этапы работы с гражданами предпенсионного возраста. |
