Description: This article analyzes the possible dependence of the success of student learning on the socio-psychological factor. The urgency of such a question is due to the fact that the learning activities of students take place in the primary team and depends on its main indicators (or characteristics). Unfortunately, relationships in the process of students' learning activities do not always develop in the desired manner. The fruitfulness of the contact depends on a variety of circumstances, one of which is the ability of the teacher to understand the psychology of his student and the cohesion of the student community. The student as an object of educational and educational influences and as a subject of the pedagogical situation is very active and independent. This assumption is based on the stratometric concept of the team (AV Petrovsky) and on the factors that determine the success of learning a foreign language (IA Zimnyaya). We note that the socio-psychological factors affecting the success of training and the cohesion of the team have not been sufficiently studied and studied.
В данной статье анализируется возможная зависимости успешности обучения студентов от социально-психологического фактора. Актуальность такой постановки вопроса обусловливается тем, что учебная деятельность студентов протекает в первичном коллективе и зависит от основных его показателей (или характеристик). К сожалению, взаимоотношения в процессе учебной деятельности студентов не всегда складывается желательным образом. Плодотворность контактом зависит от множества обстоятельств, одним из которых являются умение преподавателя понять психологию своего ученика и от сплочённости студенческого коллектива. Студент как объект обучающих и воспитывающих воздействий и как субъект педагогической ситуации весьма активен и самостоятелен. Это предположение опирается на стратометрическую концепцию коллектива (А.В. Петровский) и на факторы, определяющие успешность обучения иностранному языку (И.А. Зимняя). Мы отмечаем, что социально-психологические факторы влияющие на успешность обучения и сплоченность коллектива еще не достаточно изучены и исследованы.
