| Popis: | The article presents the results of a theoretical study of the relationship of moral self-determination and legal consciousness of the individual. The theoretical hypothesis of the study is the assumption of the influence of personal morality on the development of legal consciousness. The concept of legal consciousness is understood as a sphere of consciousness that reflects the legal reality in the form of legal knowledge and skills, evaluative relations to law and practice of its application, value orientations and legal guidelines governing human behavior. The study of the connection of moral self-determination with the legal consciousness of the individual is of high practical importance for specialists who implement programs of legal education in educational institutions. The presented results of theoretical research allow to contribute to the development of the program of empirical research of the influence of moral self-determination on the legal consciousness of the individual. В статье представлены результаты теоретического исследования связи нравственного самоопределения и правосознания личности. Теоретической гипотезой исследования является предположение о влиянии нравственности личности на развитие правосознания.Под понятием правосознания понимается сфера сознания, отражающая правовую действительность в форме юридических знаний и умений, оценочных отношений к праву и практике его применения, ценностных ориентаций и правовых установок, регулирующих человеческое поведение. Исследование связи нравственного самоопределения с правосознанием личности имеет высокую практическую значимость для специалистов, реализующих программы правового воспитания в образовательных организациях. Представленные результаты теоретического исследования позволяют внести вклад в разработку программы эмпирического исследования влияния нравственного самоопределения на правосознание личности. 252-254 |
