Description: Experience of the organization of mentoring activity is presented. The technology and methodology of the Olympiad mentors as a mechanism of folding mentoring practice. For a young person, mentoring allows you to get additional support, self-confidence, understanding of your own goals, values, guidelines, a positive example of how to achieve goals and overcome difficulties. At the same time, the mentors themselves have different understanding of the essence of mentoring and the nature of mentoring support. Problem. In the transition to personalized learning is particularly relevant the emergence of mentoring support. However, the University has not developed the technology of mentoring, does not describe the procedures for assessing the competencies of the mentor. The aim of the research is the development and testing of instruments for evaluating the results of mentoring activities. Methodology. By the method of expert assessments the empirical indicators of evaluation of the effectiveness of mentoring at the University are identified. Results. The model of mentoring activity and new roles of the University teacher as a facilitator, moderator, coach of competencies are presented. The scope of the results. Diaries of mentors, including packages of forms and methods of work of teachers-mentors.
Представлен опыт организации наставнической деятельности. Рассматривается технология и методика проведения олимпиад наставников как механизм складывания наставнической практики. Для молодого человека наставничество позволяет получить дополнительную поддержку, уверенность в себе, понимание собственных целей, ценностей, ориентиров, позитивный пример того, как достигать цели и преодолевать трудности. В то же время сами наставники по-разному понимают суть наставничества и характер наставнической поддержки. Проблема. В условиях перехода на персонифицированное обучение особенно актуальным становится появление наставнического сопровождения. Однако в вузе в настоящее время не разработана технология наставнической деятельности, не описаны процедуры оценки компетенций наставника. Цель исследования состоит в разработке и апробации инструментария оценки результатов наставнической деятельности. Методология. Методом экспертных оценок выделены эмпирические показатели оценки эффективности наставнической деятельности в вузе. Результаты. Представлена модель наставнической деятельности и новые роли преподавателя вуза как фасилитатора, модератора, тренера компетенций. Область применения результатов. Дневники наставников, включающие пакеты форм и методов работы преподавателей-наставников.
