| Popis: | The Professional choice of first-year students was described in a report through various dominant features that define its content: the profession — the economic value and the basis for professional growth of the students; the profession — personal and family value to freshmen; the profession is not for students of any significant value, since they have chosen her by chance; to conduct the study uses a flexible sociological Toolkit of modular type, allowing to diagnose objective and subjective factors of behavior of the respondents; it includes seven blocks of indicators, particularly indicators: macro-social factors; learning environment professional lyceums and colleges; the subjective and personal characteristics of students; free time and leisure activities, as well as other characteristics of activity of the respondents; in total it includes over 300 individual indicators of conditions and factors, which influence on the professional choice of respondents; the analysis of sociological data shows that the factors included in the determinist core of professional choice of pupils, affect it in different ways: the most — on the choice of profession students as economic values; minimal — to choose one’s profession as the basis of his professional growth. The strongest impact on the professional choices of the students the factors of educational environment of schools and colleges, the personal characteristics of students and people interacting with them; the conclusion: conditions and factors, interests and institutions of the Russian society should be paired with critical social and economic priorities of the state, with the interests of young and adult Russians; the process of re-socialization of teachers and the professionalization of young people must be substantiated by changes in the content of their activities, to assume effectively organized administrative work, to take into account that the success of secondary vocational schools also rooted in the gender demographic and the plane of its personnel capacity that they affect the values and personal characteristics of its actors. В научном докладе представлены результаты изучения профессионального выбора первокурсников лицеев и колледжей Санкт-Петербурга в 1993/94 и 2015/16 учебных годах. В анализе также учntys результаты многолетнего социологического исследования выпускников тех же самых профессиональных лицеев и колледжей, расположенных в Санкт-Петербурге (1994-2010 гг., в текущем 2018/19 учебном году мы планируем провести очередной — восьмой — социологический опрос выпускников лицеев и колледжей нашего города). |
