Description: The article reveals professional improvement in the process of accumulating experience of practical activity, which is carried out in conditions of a critical and demanding attitude of the teacher to himself and to his work. Within the framework of teaching, the communicative activity of the teacher in interaction with students acquires an enormous role. Communication provides for joint activities of people and involves not only the exchange of information, but also the achievement of a certain community: the establishment of contacts, cooperation (organization and implementation of common activities), as well as interpersonal perception processes, including an understanding of the partner. Communicative actions ensure the social competence and conscious orientation of the students to the positions of other people (first of all, a communication or activity partner), the ability to listen and engage in dialogue, participate in collective discussion of problems, integrate into the peer group and build productive interaction and cooperation with peers and adults.
В статье раскрываются профессиональное совершенствование в процессе накопления опыта практической деятельности ,которое осуществляется в условиях критичного и требовательного отношения педагога к себе и к своей работе. В рамках обучения колоссальную роль приобретает коммуникативная деятельность учителя при взаимодействии с учащимися. Коммуникация обеспечивает совместную деятельность людей и предполагает не только обмен информацией, но и достижение некой общности: установление контактов, кооперацию (организацию и осуществление общей деятельности), а также процессы межличностного восприятия, включая понимание партнёра. Коммуникативные действия обеспечивают социальную компетентность и сознательную ориентацию учащихся на позиции других людей (прежде всего, партнёра по общению или деятельности), умение слушать и вступать в диалог, участвовать в коллективном обсуждении проблем, интегрироваться в группу сверстников и строить продуктивное взаимодействие и сотрудничество со сверстниками и взрослыми.
