Popis: The provisions of the collective monograph "The Constitutional Conception of the Social State" (writing team: professors Yury I. Skuratov, Sergey G. Pavlikov, Igor Yu. Nikodimov, associate professors Yulia A. Akimova, Elena V. Bateeva, Aleksandra L. Piterskaya, Natalia V. Kuzminykh, Roman M. Javakhyan, Anna I. Yastrebova, Dmitry S. Ivanin) (Moscow, 2018) are analyzed. The reviewer notes the unconditional novelty, theoretical and practical significance of the research. The monograph presents a complex multidimensional characteristic of the content of the social state, various models of the social state are examined. Special attention is paid to the Eurasian conception of the guaranteeing state. Outlining development prospects for the Russian social state, the authors note the need to transform the relevant rules of the Constitution of the Russian Federation into directly applicable law.
Анализируются положения коллективной монографии «Конституционная концепция социального государства» (авторский коллектив: профессора Ю.И. Скуратов, С.Г. Павликов, И.Ю. Никодимов, доценты Ю.А. Акимова, Е.В. Батеева, А.Л. Питерская, Н.В. Кузьминых, P.M. Джавахян, А.И. Ястребова, Д.С. Иванин) (М., 2018). Рецензент отмечает безусловную новизну, теоретическую и практическую значимость работы. В монографии представлена комплексная многоаспектная характеристика содержания социального государства, рассмотрены различные модели социального государства. Отдельное внимание уделяется евразийской концепции гарантийного государства. Намечая перспективы развития российского социального государства, авторы отмечают необходимость превращения соответствующих норм Конституции РФ в непосредственно действующее право.
