Popis: В статье обосновывается мнение о невозможности проведения эффективной экономической политики без поддержки со стороны монетарного регулятора. Уровень монетизации российской экономики низок, что затрудняет развитие новых производств. Авторам представляется непоследовательным осуществлять макрорегулирование на уровне страны посредством денежно-кредитной политики и одновременно принимать меры какого-либо другого характера на региональном уровне.
The article substantiates the opinion about the impossibility of an effective economic policy without the support of monetary control. The level of monetization of the Russian economy is low, which hampers the development of new industries. The authors appear to be inconsistent to exercise macro regulation at the country level through monetary policy and at the same time take measures or other measures at the regional level.
