| Beschreibung: | The article analyzes the results of the study of the ability of pedagogical reflection and locus of personality control of future teachers. The positive interrelation of pedagogical reflection with the scale of General internality, internality in the field of industrial relations, internality in the field of interpersonal relations is revealed. The results of the study can be used in the organization of the system of psychological support of teachers, in teaching them the methods of analysis of professional activity. В статье проанализированы результаты изучения способности к педагогической рефлексии и локуса контроля личности у будущих педагогов. Выявлена положительная взаимосвязь педагогической рефлексии со шкалой общей интернальности, интернальности в области производственных отношений, интернальностив области межличностных отношений.Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в организации системы психологической поддержки педагогов, в обучении их приемам анализа профессиональной деятельности. 339-342 |
