| Description: | The large-scale restructuring of political ties in Europe, following the economic recession after the global financial crisis, enabled states to take a fresh look at the potential of foreign cultural policy. France strengthened and structured the cultural component of its foreign policy in the context of confronting the growing processes of the spread of mass culture and the homogenization of the world. The purpose of this article is to identify the main aspects of intercultural cooperation of Russian-French relations. To achieve the stated goal, the author sets the tasks of studying the main directions of Russian-French cooperation, defining common features and differences in the understanding of cultural policy and mutual benefit from this kind of cooperation during the presidency of F. Hollande. The research methodology includes the principle of historicism, comparative analysis and scientific objectivity. As a result of the analysis, a number of advantages of deepening cultural ties for the development of political relations in general have been revealed; a clear example is the change in public discourse in France, which is expressed in the desire to abolish sanctions in the course of strengthening cultural dialogue. Масштабное перестроение политических связей в Европе вслед за экономическим спадом, последовавшим за мировым финансовым кризисом, позволило государствам по-новому взглянуть на потенциал культурной внешней политики. Франция усилила и структурировала культурную составляющую своей внешней политики в контексте противостояния нарастающим процессам распространения массовой культуры и гомогенизации мира. Целью данной статьи является выявление основных аспектов межкультурного сотрудничества российско-французских отношений. Для реализации заявленной цели автором поставлены задачи изучения основных направлений российско-французского сотрудничества, определения общих черт и различий в понимании культурной политики и взаимной выгоды от такого рода кооперации в период президентства Ф. Олланда. Методология исследования включает принцип историзма, сравнительного анализа и научной объективности. В результате проведенного анализа выявлен ряд преимуществ углубления культурных связей для развития политических взаимоотношений в целом. Ярким примером служит изменение общественного дискурса во Франции, что выражается в стремлении к отмене санкций в ходе усиления культурного диалога. |
