Description: The article is devoted to the analysis of the urgent problem associated with the disclosure of the characteristic features of interactive teaching methods "at the university and their pedagogical capabilities in the formation of students' legal competence. The purpose of the study was to identify the pedagogical possibilities of interactive teaching methods in the formation of the legal competence of students - future lawyers based on a theoretical analysis of scientific literature. Research methods: theoretical (analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem, comparison, generalization, transfer, etc.), empirical (questioning, observation). The work shows that legal competence is an integrative concept, including a set of competences in the field of law, the ability to perform socially significant functions in society, as well as the willingness of an individual to consciously engage in active activities to prevent and eliminate illegal behavior of citizens. Structural components are distinguished and a classification of the functions of legal competence is given, which includes two groups: invariant (reflecting the essence of the phenomenon described by this concept) and variational (reflecting the specific changes that occur with the investigated phenomenon at this stage of its development). The main features of interactive teaching methods in higher education that affect the formation of students' legal competence are disclosed. It is shown that interactive teaching methods have, along with the content of training, an independent potential for the development of legal competence of future lawyers. This potential is associated with the activation of students 'thinking, increasing the density of emotionally saturated communication between the training participants, and ensuring the consideration of individual characteristics in the learning process.
Статья посвящена анализу актуальной проблемы, связанной с раскрытием характерных признаков интерактивных методов обучения "в вузе и их педагогическими возможностями в формировании правовой компетентности студентов. Цель исследования состояла в том, чтобы на основе теоретического анализа научной литературы выявить педагогические возможности интерактивных методов обучения в формировании правовой компетентности студентов - будущих юристов. Методы исследования: теоретические (анализ научно-педагогической литературы по проблеме, сравнение, обобщение, перенос и др.), эмпирические (анкетирование, наблюдение). В работе показано, что правовая компетентность представляет собой интегративное понятие, включающее совокупность компетенций в области права, способность выполнять социально-значимые функции в обществе, а также готовность личности к осознанной активной деятельности по предупреждению и устранению противоправного поведения граждан. Выделены структурные компоненты и дана классификация функций правовой компетентности, включающая две группы: инвариантные (отражающие сущностью явления, описываемого данным понятием) и вариативные (отражающие конкретные изменения, происходящие с исследуемым явлением на данном этапе его развития). Раскрыты основные признаки интерактивных методов обучения в высшей школе, влияющие на формирование правовой компетентности студентов. Показано, что интерактивные методы обучения обладают, наряду с содержанием обучения, самостоятельным потенциалом развития правовой компетентности будущих юристов. Этот потенциал связан с активизацией мышления обучающихся, повышением плотности эмоционально насыщенного общения участников обучения, обеспечением учета индивидуальных особенностей в процессе обучения.
