Popis: В статье рассматриваются киберпреступления на арт-рынке, где товарами (предметами) являются культурные ценности и иные предметы, имеющие художественное или культурно-историческое значение. Среди киберпреступлений, совершаемых на арт-рынке, авторы указывают мошенничество с использованием компьютерных технологий, нарушение авторских и смежных прав, использование арт-рынка для финансирования терроризма и некоторые другие. Авторы обращают внимание на возможность использования норм УК РФ для привлечения к ответственности за их совершение.
The article deals with cybercrime on the art market, where goods (objects) are cultural values and other items of artistic or cultural and historical significance. Among the cybercrimes committed in the art market, the authors specify computer-related fraud, infringements of copyright and related rights, the use of the art market for the financing of terrorism and some others. The authors draw attention to the possibility of using the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to prosecute these cybercrimes.
