Description: Дана классификация долгов, исходящих непосредственно от должника, по таким факторам возникновения как отсутствие у дебитора возможности и желания погашения долга. Рассмотрены причины формирования просроченной дебиторской задолженности, их предпосылки и сущность. Предложены способы снижения риска возникновения просроченной дебиторской задолженности. Выделены основные типы должников по характеру задолженности и вероятности ее погашения. Установлено, что на всех уровнях хозяйственных отношений в основе формирования долгов лежит человеческий фактор. Разработаны меры, принимаемые дебиторами и кредиторами с целью снижения рисков возникновения просроченной задолженности. Рекомендации автора позволят не только грамотно планировать и организовывать работу с дебиторской задолженностью от момента возникновения до полного ее погашения, но и управлять должниками, а также повысить общую вероятность возврата дебиторской задолженности в срок, в условиях кризиса и неплатежей.
The article describes the classification of debts, associated with the factors such as a lack of debtor’s opportunities and wishes to repayment. This article considers the causes of overdue receivables, its background and identity. The author presents the ways of reducing the risk of overdue receivables. The author singles out main types of debtors, depending on the nature of the debt and the probability of repayment. The article shows that the human factor lies at the root of business relationship at all levels. The author works out the actions taken by debtors and creditors to reduce the risk overdue receivables. The author’s recommendations will help not only qualitatively plan and organize work with receivables from the beginning to its full repayment, but also to manage the debtors, and to increase the overall probability of repayment in crisis.
