Beschreibung: The installation of solar systems in industrial facilities represents an important step toward sustainable development, reducing electricity costs, and increasing the energy independence of industrial enterprises. Unlike residential buildings, industrial facilities are characterized by significantly higher energy demands, more complex infrastructure requirements, and stricter safety standards. As a result, technical and logistical planning become critical factors for the successful implementation of solar systems in industrial settings. This paper analyzes the main technical requirements for the installation of solar systems on industrial halls, including the load-bearing capacity and stability of roof structures, optimal roof orientation and slope, suitability of the existing electrical infrastructure, and compliance with safety and legal standards. In addition, logistical challenges are examined, such as the availability and cost of equipment, delivery lead times, coordination of installation teams, seasonality of construction works, and dependency on imported components. Special emphasis is placed on practical implementation aspects, through the analysis of publicly available data from the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund, economic reports, and selected examples of best practices from Croatian industry. Although the study is limited by the lack of a systematic database of private industrial projects, its contribution lies in identifying key obstacles and offering suggestions for optimizing planning and implementation processes. The goal is to encourage the broader adoption of renewable energy sources in the industrial sector and to support strategic decision-making among investors and stakeholders.
Ugradnja solarnih sustava u industrijskim objektima predstavlja važan korak prema održivom razvoju, smanjenju troškova električne energije i povećanju energetske neovisnosti industrijskih poduzeća. Za razliku od kućanstava, industrijski objekti karakterizirani su znatno većim energetskim potrebama, složenijim infrastrukturnim zahtjevima i strožim sigurnosnim standardima. Upravo zbog toga, tehničko i logističko planiranje postaju ključni čimbenici za uspješnu implementaciju solarnih sustava u industrijskom okruženju. U ovom radu analiziraju se glavni tehnički zahtjevi ugradnje solarnih sustava na industrijske hale, uključujući nosivost i stabilnost krovnih konstrukcija, optimalnu orijentaciju i nagib krova, prikladnost postojeće električne infrastrukture te usklađenost sa sigurnosnim i zakonskim normama. Dodatno, razmatraju se i logistički izazovi poput dostupnosti i cijena opreme, rokova isporuke, koordinacije montažnih timova, sezonalnosti izvođenja radova te ovisnosti o uvoznim komponentama. Poseban naglasak stavlja se na praktične aspekte provedbe kroz analizu dostupnih podataka Fonda za zaštitu okoliša i energetsku učinkovitost, gospodarskih izvješća te odabranih primjera dobre prakse iz hrvatske industrije. Iako je rad ograničen nedostatkom sustavne baze podataka o privatnim industrijskim projektima, doprinos leži u prepoznavanju ključnih prepreka i prijedloga za optimizaciju procesa planiranja i provedbe. Cilj je potaknuti širu primjenu obnovljivih izvora energije u industriji i poduprijeti strateško odlučivanje investitora i dionika.
