Beschreibung:	The evaluation of colocalization aims to demonstrate the presence of a significant and non- random spatial correlation between channels of a multi-color image. In this study, we introduce a novel, simple method for the quantitative analysis of colocalization, which allows for the assessment for up to three channels simultaneously.
