| Beschreibung: | В процессе управления особо охраняемыми природными территориями функции наблюдения, оценки и прогноза изменений состояния природоохранных территорий выполняет мониторинг. Задача формирования мониторинга как системы не утрачивает своей актуальности, так как ее решение позволяет повысить результативность управления территориями с уникальными природными свойствами, обеспечить их сохранность. В этом контексте мониторингу ООПТ отводится особая роль в обеспечении оперативного наблюдения за состоянием объектов мониторинга, которые могут быть выделены в виде отдельных компонентов природной среды, экологических систем, процессов, явлений, происходящих во внутренней и окружающей среде ООПТ. In the process of managing specially protected natural areas, the functions of monitoring, evaluating and predicting changes in the state of protected areas are performed by monitoring. The task of forming monitoring as a system does not lose its relevance, since its solution makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of the management of territories with unique natural properties and ensure their safety. In this context, the monitoring of protected areas is assigned a special role in ensuring operational monitoring of the state of monitoring objects, which can be identified as separate components of the natural environment, ecological systems, processes, phenomena occurring in the internal and external environment of protected areas. |
