| Popis: | Анализируются положительные и спорные положения диссертации В.В. Баранова «Правовые и организационные основы деятельности органов внутренних дел по противодействию проявлениям экстремизма в глобальной компьютерной сети». Отмечается, что автору в целом удалось решить поставленные в диссертационном исследовании задачи. Заслугой признается формирование научных положений об организации деятельности органов внутренних дел по противодействию экстремизму в глобальной компьютерной сети и разработке практических рекомендаций, направленных на повышение эффективности данной деятельности. The article analyzes the positive and controversial provisions of V.V. Baranov's dissertation "Legal and organizational foundations of the activities of internal affairs bodies to counter extremism in the global computer network". It is noted that the author as a whole managed to solve the tasks set in the dissertation research. The merit is recognized as the formation of scientific provisions for the organization of the activities of internal affairs bodies to counter extremism in the global computer network and the development of practical recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of this activity. |
