| Description: | В статье исследуется вопрос о месте аграрного права в системе российского права. Рассматривается концепция фундаментальных, основных и комплексных отраслей права, аргументируется вывод о том, что аграрное право следует относить к числу комплексных отраслей права. Авторы высказывают свою позицию по основным дискуссионным вопросам внутренней структуры аграрного права, формулируют доктринальное определение данной отрасли. Обращается внимание на формирование новой правовой реальности, связанной с цифровизацией различных сторон жизни российского государства и общества. Выявляется место правовых норм, регламентирующих процессы цифровизации, в системе российского права, и их влияние на структуру аграрного права России. The article examines the place of agrarian law in the system of Russian law. The concept of fundamental, basic and complex branches of law is considered, the conclusion is argued that agrarian law should be attributed to the number of complex branches of law. The authors express their position on the main debatable issues of the internal structure of agrarian law, formulate the doctrinal definition of this branch. Attention is drawn to the formation of a new legal reality associated with the digitalization of various aspects of the life of the Russian state and society. The place of legal norms regulating the processes of digitalization in the system of Russian law and their influence on the structure of agrarian law in Russia is revealed |
