В статье представлены результаты исследования существующий практики организации проектной работы в вузе, осуществляющем подготовку менеджеров. Проведен анализ взаимосвязи предназначения и содержания проектной работы с целями и содержанием методов активного обучения, традиционно используемых при подготовке менеджеров. Делается вывод о целесообразности позиционирования проектной работы, как одной из форм игрового имитационного моделирования – игрового проектирования. Сформулированы рекомендации по совершенствованию проектной работы на основе анализа существующей практики её проведения.The article presents the results of a study of the existing practice of organizing project work at a university that trains managers. The analysis of the relationship between the purpose and content of project work with the goals and content of active learning methods traditionally used in the training of managers. The conclusion is made about the expediency of positioning project work as one of the forms of game simulation modeling – game design. Recommendations for improving the project work based on the analysis of the existing practice of its implementation are formulated. |
