| Description: | В статье исследуются технические компетенции, наиболее востребованные при цифровой трансформации компании. Делается вывод о необходимости создания новых подходов к разработке стратегий ведения бизнеса, опирающихся на современные инструменты и методы интеграции корпоративных знаний в систему управления процессами компании. Правильно построив новые бизнес-процессы, сформировав приоритеты для рядовых сотрудников и топ-менеджмента компании, поставив на ключевые позиции компетентный персонал, компания имеет возможность пройти период цифровой трансформации с минимальными рисками и инвестиционными потерями. The article examines technical competences deemed to be the most sought-after ones during digital transformation of a company. The conclusion is made about the need for creating new approaches to developing business strategies based on modern instruments and corporate knowledge integration techniques applicable for company business processes management system. The authors admit that after having adopted properly new business processes and by forming priorities for common workers and top managers of the company as well as by offering key positions within a company to high competency staff the company will be able to pass the period of digital transformation with minimal risks and investment losses. |
