| Beschreibung: | The article examines the experience of practical classes, taking into account the individual traits of students, their interests and opportunities at the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry of the Kuban State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia. Methodology of teaching by differentiation of approach of training from the psychological and pedagogical point of view and its direction on individualization of this process, as well as development of skills of dialogue, interaction and possibility of independent acquisition of necessary knowledge is described in details. The specifics of practical sessions are presented in relation to the specifics of teaching in medical schools. Examples of lesson formats in this form are given. They are evaluated and summarized. В статье рассмотрен опыт проведения практических занятий с учётом индивидуальных особенностей студентов, их интересов и возможностей на кафедре терапевтической стоматологии ФГБОУ ВО КубГМУ Минздрава России. Подробно описана методика преподавания путем дифференциации подхода обучения с психолого-педагогической точки зрения и направления его на индивидуализацию этого процесса, а так же развития навыков общения, взаимодействия и возможности самостоятельно приобретать необходимые знания. Описана специфика проведения практических занятий, применительно к особенностям проведения преподавания в медицинских ВУЗах. Приведены примеры форматов проведения занятий в данной форме.
