Popis: In the article, the author examines the procedure and conditions for certification of employees of internal affairs bodies in the aspect of administrative and legal analysis. Considering the peculiarities of the regulation of official legal relations in the designated area, the author formulates and justifies a number of conclusions on this issue.
В статье автор исследует порядок и условия аттестации сотрудников органов внутренних дел в аспекте административно-правового анализа. Рассматривая особенности регулирования служебных правоотношений в обозначенной сфере, автор формулирует и обосновывает ряд выводов по указанной проблематике.
