| Description: | Человеческие ценности и системы таких ценностей играют важную роль в жизни человека и общества. Индивидуальная система ценностей всегда связана с ценностями, присущими обществу. В статье обсуждаются понятия ценностей с точки зрения разных исследователей. Показано, что экономическое развитие, культурные и политические сдвиги взаимосвязаны и идут рука об руку с преобразованием человеческого восприятия, человеческих норм и ценностей. В современных постиндустриальных обществах традиционным ценностям противопоставлены светско-рациональные ценности. Люди с такими ценностями уделяют меньше внимания религии и традиционным семейным ценностям. Цифровая эпоха, в которой мы живем, отличается от других исторических периодов. Показано, что массовая цифровизация нашей жизни заставляет людей адаптироваться к новой реальности. В рамках исследования авторами был проведен интерактивный опрос по современным ценностям в цифровую эпоху. В начале опроса было предложено выбрать пять ценностей, которые отвечающие считают наиболее важными. Далее отвечающим было предложено ответить на вопрос, важно ли коллегам иметь схожие ценности. Затем отвечающим было предложено выбрать между политическим и экономическим состоянием страны как наиболее существенным фактором, влияющим на человеческие ценности. В конце опроса отвечающим было предложено выбрать пять ценностей, которые они могли бы назвать типичными для цифровой эпохи. Интересным результатом стало то, что, хотя опрошенные считают семью одной из самых важных ценностей, они не верят, что эта ценность будет так же важна в цифровую эпоху. Таким образом, была сделана оценка того, останутся ли классические ценности неизменными или станут недоступными для человека в цифровую эпоху. Human values and systems of such values play an important role in human life and society. The individual value system is always linked to the values inherent in society. The article discusses the concepts of values from the point of view of different researchers. It is shown that economic development, cultural and political shifts are interrelated and go hand in hand with the transformation of human perception, human norms and values. In modern postindustrial societies, traditional values are contrasted with secular-rational values. People with such values pay less attention to religion and traditional family values. The digital age in which we live is different from other historical periods. It is shown that the mass digitization of our lives makes people adapt to the new reality. As part of the research, the authors conducted an interactive survey on modern values in the digital age. At the beginning of the survey, it was proposed to select five values that correspond to the most important. Further, respondents were asked to answer the question whether it is important for colleagues to have similar values. The respondents were then asked to choose between the political and economic condition of the country as the most significant factor influencing human values. At the end of the survey, respondents were asked to select five values that they could call typical of the digital era. An interesting finding is that while those in charge consider the family to be one of the most important values, they do not believe that this value will be equally important in the digital age. Thus, an assessment was made of whether classical values will remain unchanged or become inaccessible to people in the digital age. |
