В статье исследованы проблемы и перспективы реализации права на свободу совести на международном и внутригосударственном уровнях, включая Россию. Предложены подходы к решению выявленных проблем. Делается вывод, что совершенствование принципов, норм и механизмов защиты прав человека в сфере свободы совести будет способствовать преодолению этноконфессиональных конфликтов и укреплению международной безопасности. The article examines the problems and prospects of realizing the right to freedom of conscience at the international and domestic levels, including Russia. Approaches to solving the identified problems are proposed. It is concluded that the improvement of the principles, norms and mechanisms for the protection of human rights in the field of freedom of conscience will help to overcome ethnic and confessional conflicts and strengthen international security. |
