| Description: | В статье представлены результаты исследования подходов диверсификации промышленных предприятий на базе ключевых технологических компетенций. Проведен анализ различных типов диверсификации с точки зрения эффективного использования технологических компетенций компании. Представлены теоретические основы (ресурсный и компетентностный подходы) и цели диверсификации на базе технологических компетенций. Определен порядок диверсификации промышленных предприятий и выявлены факторы успеха ее реализации. The article presents the results of a study of the diversification of industrial enterprises based on key technological competencies. The analysis of various types of diversification in terms of the effective use of technological competencies of the company. The theoretical foundations (resource’s and competency’s approaches) and the goals of diversification based on technological competencies are presented. The order of diversification of industrial enterprises is determined and success factors for its implementation are identified. |
