Popis: В рамках исследования изучены особенности кадрового обеспечения высокотехнологичных проектов авиационной промышленности, представлена динамика развития предприятий отрасли с использованием показателя производительности труда. В статье отражена система показателей оценки, позволяющая определять уровень развития кадровой составляющей стратегической эффективности проекта по восьми направлениям: проектная организация кадров, оснащенность кадрово-проектной кооперации, кооперирование организационно-технического уровня производства, выполнение плановых заданий, эффективность уровня развития кадровой составляющей, отраслевые и страновые критерии, наукоёмкость продукции. As part of the study, the peculiarities of staffing for high-tech projects in the aviation industry were studied, the dynamics of the development of industry enterprises using an indicator of labor productivity was presented. The article reflects a system of assessment indicators that allows to determine the level of development of the personnel component of the strategic effectiveness of the project in eight areas: project organization of personnel, equipment of personnel and project cooperation, coordination of the organizational and technical level of production, fulfillment of planned tasks, efficiency of the development level of the personnel component, industry and country criteria, high technology products.

Abstrakt:В рамках исследования изучены особенности кадрового обеспечения высокотехнологичных проектов авиационной промышленности, представлена динамика развития предприятий отрасли с использованием показателя производительности труда. В статье отражена система показателей оценки, позволяющая определять уровень развития кадровой составляющей стратегической эффективности проекта по восьми направлениям: проектная организация кадров, оснащенность кадрово-проектной кооперации, кооперирование организационно-технического уровня производства, выполнение плановых заданий, эффективность уровня развития кадровой составляющей, отраслевые и страновые критерии, наукоёмкость продукции.
