Popis: Уточнены теоретические подходы, выявлены современные тенденции, ведущие к бедности, и основные меры для ее снижения. Определено то, что снижение бедности и рост благосостояния должны быть основаны на инновационных принципах. Это обусловлено тем, что цифровизация экономики существенно меняет и выявляет новые факторы и угрозы для бедного населения. В статье представлены результаты исследования, свидетельствующие о возможностях повышения трудового потенциала населения для снижения уровня бедности. Доказана взаимосвязь между благосостоянием населения и уровнем бедности. Выявлены траектории развития экономических преобразований с учетом повышения в зависимости от этапов готовности к преобразованиям (новациям). Theoretical approaches were clarified, modern trends leading to poverty and the main measures to reduce it were identified. It is determined that poverty reduction and welfare growth should be based on innovative principles. This is due to the fact that the digitalization of the economy is changing significantly and reveals new factors and threats to the poor. The article presents the results of a study indicating the possibility of increasing the labor potential of the population to reduce poverty. The relationship between the well-being of the population and the level of poverty is proved. The trajectories of the development of economic transformations are revealed, taking into account the increase depending on the stages of readiness for transformations (innovations).
