Popis: В статье рассмотрена система управления охраной труда, этапы ее становления и элементы стандарта системы управления охраной труда. Подробно описаны уровни управления охраной труда в Российской Федерации и структура системы обеспечения охраны труда на шахте, которая, в свою очередь, направлена в основном на устранение выявленных замечаний и последствий аварий. В свою очередь, главным принципом функционирования системы охраны труда является обеспечение согласования функций и задач в области охраны труда, понимания каждым работником своей роли в обеспечении безопасности горного производства при выполнении технологических процессов. Для качественного повышения уровня безопасности при ведении горных работ на угледобывающих предприятиях необходим комплексный подход. The article considers the occupational health and safety management system, the stages of its formation and the elements of the standard of the occupational health and safety management system. The levels of occupational health and safety management in the Russian Federation and the structure of the mine safety management system are described in detail, which, in turn, is mainly aimed at eliminating the identified problems and the consequences of accidents. In turn, the main principle of the functioning of the labor protection system is to ensure the coordination of functions and tasks in the field of labor protection, the understanding of each employee of their role in ensuring the safety of mining production in the production of technological processes. A comprehensive approach is needed to radically improve the level of safety in mining operations at coal mining enterprises.
