| Popis: | Цель исследования заключается в анализе процесса формирования системы цифровизации медицинского образования. В данной статье, представляющей собой обзорный анализ публикаций в сети Интернет, рассматриваются этапы становления и развития цифрового медицинского образования в первой четверти XXI века. Важнейшими вехами на этом пути стали технические инновации в сфере организации телеконференций и систем управления обучением, а также значительное увеличение числа пользователей мобильных устройств для доступа к образовательным ресурсам. Темпы развития цифрового медицинского образования ускорились во время пандемии COVID-19. Прогресс продолжился и после окончания пандемии. В современных условиях возможности, которые предоставляют цифровые технологии для образовательного процесса, должны быть сопоставлены с сопутствующими проблемами в таких областях, как кибербезопасность, достоверность контрольного онлайн-тестирования, этика и вопросы конфиденциальности, чтобы обеспечить дальнейшее развитие цифрового медицинского образования.Результаты исследования позволяют определить направления для разработки стратегии дальнейшей цифровой трансформации высшего медицинского образования. The aim of the study is to analyse the process of formation of the system of digitalisation of medical education. This article, which is a review of publications on the Internet, examines the stages of formation and development of digital medical education in the first quarter of the XXI century. The most important milestones on this path were technical innovations in teleconferencing and learning management systems, as well as a significant increase in the number of users of mobile devices to access educational resources. The pace of development of digital health education accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic. Progress continued after the pandemic ended. In the current environment, the opportunities that digital technologies offer to the educational process must be weighed against associated challenges in areas such as cybersecurity, validity of online benchmarking, ethics, and privacy issues to ensure that digital medical education continues to evolve.The results of the study provide directions for the development of a strategy for further digital transformation of higher medical education.
