| Beschreibung: | Проблема стабильного и доступного энергоснабжения, энергетической безопасности актуализировалась в настоящее время. Экономическая безопасность представляет собой элемент национальной безопасности страны, включающей подсистемы финансовой безопасности, оборонную подсистему, подсистему промышленной безопасности, подсистему энергетической безопасности. Топливно-энергетический комплекс является базой для стабильного функционирования других отраслей промышленности, традиционно является капиталоемким сектором экономики. Выбор эффективной политики ценообразования на энергоресурсы важен для рационально сбалансированного развития энергетики и обеспечения энергетической безопасности на внешнем и внутреннем рынке страны. Автором указывается, что продвижение «зелёной» повестки приведет к растущему противоречию между императивами провозглашенной экологической политики и необходимостью поддерживать уровень жизни и развивать промышленность, энергетическую безопасность. Рассматривается возможность применения модели инновационного развития нефтегазовой отрасли, основанную на прогнозе разработки и внедрения новой техники, предложенную В. А. Крюков, Д. В. Миляев, Д. И. Душенин и др. для построения стратегий инновационного развития отраслей экономики, основанных на внедрении технологической инновации. The problem of stable and affordable energy supply, energy security has become actual at the present time. Economic security is an element of the country's national security, including financial security subsystems, defense subsystem, industrial security subsystem, energy security subsystem. The fuel and energy complex is the basis for the stable functioning of other industries, and is traditionally a capital-intensive sector of the economy. The choice of an effective pricing policy for energy resources is important for the rationally balanced development of the energy sector and ensuring energy security in the external and internal markets of the country. The author points out that the promotion of the "green" agenda will lead to a growing contradiction between the imperatives of the proclaimed environmental policy and the need to maintain living standards and develop industry, energy security. The possibility of applying the model of innovative development of the oil and gas industry, based on the forecast of the development and implementation of new technology, proposed by V. A. Kryukov, D. V. Milyaev, D. I. technological innovation. |
