Popis: Статья посвящена исследованию регулирования оплаты труда в рыночной экономике. Рассмотрены особенности регулирования рынка труда и основные направления его организации. Дана характеристика оплаты труда, ее современных форм, видов и методов в рыночной экономике. Даны правовые основы организации труда в России, охарактеризованы основные этапы оплаты труда в организации. В условиях цифровизации экономики роль заработной платы как стимулирующего фактора производительности труда неуклонно возрастает. Перечислены наиболее важные направления и меры государственного регулирования рынка труда, в результате которых определяется способность органов власти влиять на распределение доходов в обществе, занятость населения и содержание работодателей. The article is devoted to the study of wage regulation in a market economy. The features of the regulation of the labor market and its main directions of its organization are considered. The characteristics of remuneration of labor, its modern forms, types and methods in the market economy are given. The legal foundations of the organization of labor in Russia are given, the main stages of remuneration in the organization are characterized. In the context of the digitalization of the economy, the role of wages as a stimulating factor of labor productivity is steadily increasing. The most important directions and measures for state regulation of the labor market are listed, as a result of which the ability of the authorities to influence the distribution of income in society, employment of the population and the maintenance of employers is determined.

Дана характеристика оплаты труда, ее современных форм, видов и методов в рыночной экономике. Даны правовые основы организации труда в России, охарактеризованы основные этапы оплаты труда в организации.
