| Popis: | В статье представлено теоретическое исследование по проблеме нервной анорексии. Целью статьи стало описание особенностей психической деятельности девочек-подростков, страдающих нервной анорексией. В качестве основного метода исследования использовался метод анализа научных литературных источников, который позволил собрать и систематизировать данные о нарушениях в мотивационно-потребностной, волевой, аффективной (эмоциональной), личностно-характерологической, коммуникативной сферах, особенностях их самосознания и гендерной идентичности. Теоретико-методологической основой статьи стали положения современной клинической психологии, а именно принципы системности, структурности, личностного подхода; теоретические положения и результаты исследований по проблеме нервной анорексии, представленные в трудах отечественных и зарубежных психиатров и психологов. Предложенный в статье материал показывает отличительные специфические нарушения в отдельных сферах психической деятельности у больных нервной анорексией. Несмотря на то что девушки, страдающие нервной анорексией, представляют собой гетерогенную группу и их невозможно отнести к определенному личностному типу, изложенные в статье материалы позволяют составить некоторый обобщенный психологический портрет больных нервной анорексией, дают представление о тех психологических проблемах, с которыми они сталкиваются в своей жизни и которые отражаются в их переживаниях, состояниях, мыслях, чувствах, поведении и являются причинами их социальной дезадаптации. Делается вывод о необходимости анорексией с позиций холистического подхода. The article presents a theoretical study on the problem of anorexia nervosa. The purpose of the article was to describe the characteristics of the mental activity of adolescent girls suffering from anorexia nervosa. As the main research method, the method of analysis of scientific literary sources was used, which made it possible to collect and systematize data on disorders in the motivational-need, volitional, affective (emotional), personal-characterological, communicative spheres, the peculiarities of their self-awareness and gender identity. The theoretical and methodological basis of the article was the provisions of modern clinical psychology, namely the principles of consistency, structure, personal approach; theoretical positions and research results on the problem of anorexia nervosa, presented in the works of domestic and foreign psychiatrists and psychologists. The material proposed in the article shows distinctive specific disorders in certain areas of mental activity in patients with anorexia nervosa. Despite the fact that girls with anorexia nervosa are a heterogeneous group, and they cannot be attributed to a specific personality type, the materials presented in the article make it possible to draw up some generalized psychological portrait of patients with anorexia nervosa, give an idea of the psychological problems they face in their life, and which are reflected in their experiences, states, thoughts, feelings, behavior and are the reasons for their social maladjustment. It is concluded that it is necessary to comprehensively study the psychological characteristics of the personality of patients with anorexia nervosa from the standpoint of a holistic approach. |
