| Popis: | This work is devoted to the development of the project of sustainable and environmentally friendly improvement of residential area in order to improve the quality of urban environment and reduce the anthropogenic impact on the environment. The study was conducted on the example of a typical neighborhood in the city of St. Petersburg. Tasks to be solved in the course of the study: • Analysis of modern approaches to sustainable urban development; • Assessment of the current state of improvement of the microdistrict by such parameters as landscaping, traffic load, noise level and waste generation; • Development of proposals to improve the environmental situation and the quality of life of residents, calculation of key sustainability indicators; The paper considers the processes of influence of green areas on the microclimate of the city, reduction of street noise through landscaping and landscaping, increasing the share of recycling of solid waste, optimizing the use of urban spaces to ensure environmental and social comfort. As a result: a comprehensive analysis of environmental and social conditions of the residential area, the concept of sustainable landscaping with the use of “green” technologies was proposed, calculations of the effectiveness of the proposed measures to reduce the heat island, noise and waste volume were made, developed a project of planning organization of the territory with a focus on environmental friendliness, accessibility and sustainability. Данная работа посвящена разработке проекта устойчивого и экологичного благоустройства жилого района с целью повышения качества городской среды и снижения антропогенного воздействия на окружающую среду. Исследование проводилось на примере типового микрорайона в городе Санкт-Петербург. Задачи, решаемые в ходе исследования: • Анализ современных подходов к устойчивому городскому развитию; • Оценка текущего состояния благоустройства микрорайона по таким параметрам, как озеленение, транспортная нагрузка, уровень шума и образования отходов; • Разработка предложений по улучшению экологической ситуации и повышению качества жизни жителей, расчёт ключевых показателей устойчивости; В работе рассмотрены процессы влияния зелёных зон на микроклимат города, снижение уровня уличного шума за счёт озеленения и благоустройства, повышение доли переработки ТКО, оптимизация использования городских пространств для обеспечения экологического и социального комфорта. В результате проведено: комплексный анализ экологических и социальных условий жилого района, предложена концепция устойчивого благоустройства с применением «зелёных» технологий, выполнены расчёты эффективности предлагаемых мер по снижению теплового острова, шума и объёма отходов. |
