В статье представлены результаты проверки гипотезы о том, что бережливое производство и цифровизация дополняют друг друга, а не противоречат друг другу. Выводы эмпирического исследования подтверждают наличие симбиотических отношений между двумя парадигмами. В статье выявляются различия в характеристиках компаний с разной степенью бережливой и цифровой зрелостью. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы компаниями, заинтересованными в достижении наивысших операционных показателей и, соответственно, в повышении эффективности их деятельности. The article presents the results of testing the hypothesis that lean manufacturing and digitalization complement each other, and do not contradict each other. The conclusions of the empirical study confirm the existence of symbiotic relations between the two paradigms. The article reveals differences in the characteristics of companies with different degrees of lean and digital maturity. The results of the research can be used by companies interested in achieving the highest operational indicators and, accordingly, in improving the efficiency of their activities. |
