| Popis: | Одним из перспективных направлений реализации целевой программы «Цифровая экономика РФ» является создание отраслевых цифровых платформ на основе различных экономических методов обработки больших массивов информации во всех сферах жизнедеятельности общества, в том числе и в сфере здравоохранения. Компания ООО «Онко Генотест» разработала оригинальную цифровую биоинформационную web-платформу в области онкологических заболеваний. Ее основное назначение заключается в осуществлении принципа персонализированной медицины, что подтверждает высокую актуальность данного исследования. Объект исследования - практическая деятельность компании ООО «Онко Генотест» в части использования разработанной цифровой биоинформационной web-платформы в целях совместной обработки и интерпретации клинических данных, а также результатов молекулярно-генетических анализов для подбора персонализированной терапии. Предметом исследования являются практические возможности использования комплексной цифровой веб-ориентированной платформы как интернет-ресурса, которые раскрыты в статье на примере конкретного клинического случая. В результате проведенных исследований установлено, что диагностика в онкологии представляет собой сложный процесс, объединяющий знания в таких разноплановых дисциплинах как биология, иммунология, биофизика, клеточная биология и др. На основе этих знаний разнопрофильные специалисты (включая патоморфологов, биохимиков, цитологов, генетиков, рентгенологов и т.д.) должны правильно диагностировать заболевание пациента. Выявлены основные факторы, способствующие увеличению частоты онкологических заболеваний, росту объемов научных данных, появлению новых препаратов и генетических решений для молекулярнонаправленной терапии, ограничению возможности для персонифицированной помощи больным, наличию дефицита применения многопрофильного подхода в диагностике. Показаны преимущества биоинформационной платформы ООО «Онко Генотест» как универсального инструмента для получения более точных диагнозов заболеваний пациентов врачам-онкологам. На конкретном клиническом случае описан подход к реализации принципа персонализированной медицины и прецизионной онкологии. One of the promising areas of the implementation of the target program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” is the creation of industry-specific digital platforms based on various economic methods for processing large amounts of information in all spheres of society, including in the healthcare sector. Onco Genotest LLC has developed an original digital bioinformation web-platform in the field of oncological diseases. Its main purpose is to implement the principle personalized medicine, which confirms the high relevance of this study. The object of research is the practical activity of Onco Genotest LLC regarding the use of the developed digital bioinformation web platform for the joint processing and interpretation of clinical data, as well as the results of molecular genetic analyzes for the selection of personalized therapy. The subject of the study is the practical possibilities of using an integrated digital web-oriented platform as an Internet resource, which are disclosed in the article as an example of a specific clinical case. As a result of the studies, it was established that diagnosis in oncology is a complex process that combines knowledge in such diverse disciplines as biology, immunology, biophysics, cell biology, etc. Based on this knowledge, diverse specialists (including pathomorphologists, biochemists, cytologists, geneticists, radiologists etc.) must correctly diagnose the patient's disease. The main factors were identified that contribute to an increase in the frequency of oncological diseases, an increase in the volume of scientific data, the emergence of new drugs and genetic solutions for molecular-directed therapy, the limitation of the possibility of personalized care for patients, and the lack of a multidisciplinary approach to diagnosis. The advantages of the bio-information platform of Onco Genotest LLC as a universal tool for obtaining more accurate diagnoses of patients' diseases to oncologists are shown. In a specific clinical case, an approach to the implementation of the principle is described personalized medicine and precision oncology. |
