Beschreibung: Предметом исследования является университет в условиях экономики знаний. Цель статьи — анализ и пере‑ осмысление базовых функций университета, выявление новых функций университета в условиях становления современной экономики. Процессы глобализации и интернационализации национальных систем, становление новой социально‑экономической эпохи требуют трансформации системы высшего образования и переосмысления функций университета, отражающих взаимодействие между образованием, наукой и инновациями, являющимися ключевыми факторами в развитии общества. По мере формирования и становления экономики знаний существенно повышаются требования к системе образования в целом, институт образования превращается в ключевой фактор экономического и социального развития общества. В статье рассмотрены функции университета с позиции исследователей различных эпох в процессе смены социально‑ экономической фазы (доиндустриальное, индустриальное, постиндустриальное общество), такие как образовательная (учебная), научно‑исследовательская, воспитательная, социальная функции. На основе проведенного исследования разработана авторская классификация функций университета в условиях становления и развития экономики знаний, отражающей как переосмысление и трансформацию базовых функций, так и формирование новых (трансфер знаний, интегратор знаний, функция массового формирования компетенций). Показано, что деятельность университетов в условиях становления и развития экономики знаний сопровождается пересмотром и обновлением его миссии и функций. Предполагается целесообразным формирование новой модели университета, основной задачей которого становится приобретение таких характеристик, как конкурентоспособность, новаторство, устойчивость к изменениям внешней среды. The subject of the study is the University in the knowledge economics. The purpose of the article is to analyze and rethink the basic functions of the University, to identify new func‑ tions of the University in the context of the modern economy. The processes of globalization and internationalization of national systems, the formation of a new socio‑economic era require the transformation of higher education and rethinking the functions of the University, reflecting the interaction be‑ tween education, science and innovation, which are key factors in the development of society. As the formation and formation of the knowledge economy significantly increases the require‑ ments for the education system as a whole, the institution of education becomes a key factor in the economic and social development of society. The article deals with the functions of the University from the perspective of researchers of differ‑ ent eras in the process of changing the socio‑economic phase (pre‑industrial, industrial, post‑industrial society), such as edu‑ cational (educational), research, educational, social functions. On the basis of the conducted research the author’s classification of University functions in the conditions of formation and devel‑ opment of knowledge economy, reflecting both rethinking and transformation of basic functions and formation of new ones (transfer of knowledge, integrator of knowledge, the function of mass formation of competencies). It is shown that the activity of universities in the conditions of formation and development of the knowledge economy is accompanied by a review and up‑ date of its mission and functions. Thus, the activity of universities in the conditions of formation and development of the knowl‑ edge economy is accompanied by a review and update of its mission and functions. It is supposed to be expedient to form a new model of the University, the main task of which is the ac‑ quisition of such characteristics as competitiveness, innovation, resistance to changes in the environment.

Процессы глобализации и интернационализации национальных систем, становление новой социально‑экономической эпохи требуют трансформации системы высшего образования и переосмысления функций университета, отражающих взаимодействие между образованием, наукой и инновациями, являющимися ключевыми факторами в развитии общества. По мере формирования и становления экономики знаний существенно повышаются требования к системе образования в целом, институт образования превращается в ключевой фактор экономического и социального развития общества. В статье рассмотрены функции университета с позиции исследователей различных эпох в процессе смены социально‑ экономической фазы (доиндустриальное, индустриальное, постиндустриальное общество), такие как образовательная (учебная), научно‑исследовательская, воспитательная, социальная функции. На основе проведенного исследования разработана авторская классификация функций университета в условиях становления и развития экономики знаний, отражающей как переосмысление и трансформацию базовых функций, так и формирование новых (трансфер знаний, интегратор знаний, функция массового формирования компетенций). Показано, что деятельность университетов в условиях становления и развития экономики знаний сопровождается пересмотром и обновлением его миссии и функций. Предполагается целесообразным формирование новой модели университета, основной задачей которого становится приобретение таких характеристик, как конкурентоспособность, новаторство, устойчивость к изменениям внешней среды. The subject of the study is the University in the knowledge economics. The purpose of the article is to analyze and rethink the basic functions of the University, to identify new func‑ tions of the University in the context of the modern economy.
