| Description: | В статье проанализировано развитие практики государственно-частного партнерства в России и мире. Рассматривается их применимость для развития строительной сферы. Определяется какие виды ГЧП наиболее перспективны и применимы в строительстве. Приведен анализ наиболее значимых примеров финансирования строительства объектов инфраструктуры в Российской Арктике с использованием механизмов ГЧП. Предлагается сформировать цифровую штабквартиру - акселератора по развитию ГЧП в строительной сфере в Российской Арктике. The article addresses the practices of public-private partnership in Russia and in the world. The applicability of PPP-projects as support the construction industry is considered in the article. It is determined which types of public-private partnership are the most promising and applicable in construction. I presented the most significant examples of financing the construction of infrastructure objects in the Russian Arctic using PPP-projects. It is proposed to form a digital headquarters - an accelerator for the development of PPP-projects in the business of construction organizations operating in the Russian Arctic. |
