Beschreibung: В статье исследуются основные сдерживающие факторы устойчивого развития агропромышленного комплекса и аграрного производств; оценивается влияние на устойчивость системы разнообразные факторов: политических, экономических, экологических и социальных. Особое вним4ание уделяется институциональным преобразованиям. Рассматривается концепция институциональных преобразований, направленная на формирование системы устойчивого развития АПК. Выделены основные тенденции институциональных преобразований, характеризующие текущий этап социально-экономических реформ на селе. The article examines the main constraining factors of sustainable development of the agroindustrial complex and agricultural production; assesses the impact on the stability of the system of various factors: political, economic, environmental and social. Special attention is paid to institutional changes. The concept of institutional transformations aimed at forming a system of sustainable development of the agro-industrial complex is considered. The main trends of institutional transformations that characterize the current stage of socioeconomic reforms in rural areas are highlighted.

Abstract:В статье исследуются основные сдерживающие факторы устойчивого развития агропромышленного комплекса и аграрного производств; оценивается влияние на устойчивость системы разнообразные факторов: политических, экономических, экологических и социальных. Особое вним4ание уделяется институциональным преобразованиям. Рассматривается концепция институциональных преобразований, направленная на формирование системы устойчивого развития АПК. Выделены основные тенденции институциональных преобразований, характеризующие текущий этап социально-экономических реформ на селе.
