Popis: Центральная Азия является ключевым регионом для инвестиций в разведку и разработку нефти и газа в рамках «Одного пояса, одного пути», а Казахстан – политический и экономический лидер в Центральной Азии, богатый нефтью и газом, углем, ураном и другими энергетическими и минеральными ресурсами. Повышение национальной цены на СПГ стало лишь толчком к волнениям в Казахстане в начале 2022 года, которые были осложнены внутренними и внешними факторами. В данной статье анализируется текущая ситуация энергетического сотрудничества между Китаем и странами Центральной Азии после стабилизации ситуации в Казахстане, а также выдвигаются направления и предложения по энергетическому сотрудничеству в рамках «Одного пояса, одного пути» в контексте достижения цели углеродного пика и углеродной нейтральности. Central Asia is a key area for oil and gas exploration and development investment under the Belt and Road Initiative. Kazakhstan is a political and economic leader in Central Asia, with rich energy and mineral resources such as oil, gas, coal and uranium. At the beginning of 2022, Kazakhstan's internal and external situation was volatile and complicated, and the increase of the national LNG price was only the trigger of the situation. This paper analyzes the current situation of energy cooperation between China and Central Asian countries after the stability of Kazakhstan, and puts forward the direction and suggestions of "One Belt and One Road" energy cooperation under the background of achieving the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
