Однако современный период совершенствования и оттачивания преступлений экстремистской направленности, включая задействованность в этом процессе сети Интернет, заставляет задаться вопросом о том, происходит ли смена приоритетов, или это — фактор свидетельства осложнения криминогенной обстановки. Russia has been in opposition to the threat of extremism for a long time and has experience in countering the latter. However, the modern period of improvement and honing of crimes of an extremist orientation, including the involvement of the Internet in this process, makes one wonder whether there is a change of priorities, or is this a factor in evidence of a complication of the criminogenic situation. |
