| Beschreibung: | The article raises a question on a current problem of implementing Russian-Chinese cooperation in the field of academic exchanges. The authors analyze the main directions and forms of cooperation in order to strengthen relations in the field of education and training of competitive personnel in Russia and China. The history of the development of academic exchanges, the current state and further prospects for the development of bilateral relations between the two countries are considered. The article describes conditions under which the implementation of joint educational programs will be most effective. The authors pay attention to the existing problems faced by foreign students and offer solutions to eliminate them, which is especially important for the design and effective implementation of new joint educational projects. The authors conclude that the signing of new inter-university agreements, the expansion of the geography of cooperation, the transition from language internships to joint educational programs, work on the development and implementation of double degree programs, joint management of scientific activities of graduate students, the development of state programs to support bilateral educational cooperation, etc. All this indicates the desire to develop relations between the two countries in the field of education. Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме реализации российско-китайского сотрудничества в области академических обменов. Авторами проанализированы основные направления и формы сотрудничества с целью укрепления отношений в области образования и подготовки конкурентоспособных кадров в России и Китае. Рассмотрены история развития академических обменов, современное состояние и дальнейшие перспективы развития двусторонних отношений между двумя странами. В статье описываются условия, при которых реализация совместных образовательных программ будет наиболее эффективной. Авторы уделяют внимание существующим проблемам, с которыми сталкиваются иностранные студенты, предлагают решение для их устранения, что особенно важно для проектирования и эффективной реализации новых совместных образовательных проектов. |
