В статье проведен научный обзор существующих подходов к оценке развития территорий, в том числе моногородов. Обобщен используемый опыт построения интегральных показателей, сформированы этапы оценки территориального развития. Подобрана система показателей оценки социально-экономического положения монопрофильных мунципальных образований на основе результатов комплексного мониторинга моногородов. Разработана авторская методика оценки современного социально-экономического положения моногородов с учетом уровня монозависимости муниципального образования от деятельности градообразующего предприятия. The article provides a scientific review of existing approaches to assess the development of territories, including single-industry towns. The experience used in constructing integral indicators has been summarized. Also the stages of assessing territorial development are formed. A system of indicators for assessing the socio-economic situation of single-industry municipal formations based on the results of integrated monitoring of single-industry towns has been selected. The author has developed a methodology for assessing the current socio-economic situation of single-industry towns with the regard of the level of mono-dependence of the municipality on the activities of the city-forming enterprise. |
